Isaac Horwedel, MDiv, Co-Founder

Isaac graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Bible and Religion and a minor in Peace and Conflict transformation.  He was on staff for the first four years of operation.  He earned his Masters of Divinity from Emory University. He currently lives in Atlanta where he is pursuing his PhD at Emory University.

Steve graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Christian Ministries.  He has served on staff since the founding of the house.  He earned his master's degree in social work from Indiana University.  He also works as a therapist for Community Hospital in Indianapolis.

George moved to Anderson in 2000 to start his own recovery and he has been here ever since.  He is a veteran and enjoys sharing his experience, strength, and hope with other veterans and recovering people.  He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Anderson University.

Phil "Pip" Southwick, Resident Assistant

Phil "Pip" Southwick, Resident Assistant

Pip graduated from the Exodus House program in 2014.  He has been active in the recovery community ever since moving to Anderson in 2011.  In 2015 he pursued his artistic dreams by starting his own pottery company called Southwick Pottery.  Pip is passionate about giving back what was given to him in recovery and art.  Follow this link to see more about Southwick Pottery!
